Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you request a rental evaluation or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about your property and goals.

When you book a stay, the booking is processed by Hostaway, our reservation system. Hostaway collects your name, contact details, payment information, and stay details under its own privacy policy. SRM receives the reservation details needed to host you; we never see or store your full card number.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of each visit.

How we use it

To respond to your evaluation request, prepare a revenue projection, and follow up about management services.

To manage your reservation, communicate about your stay, and provide guest support.

To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the business (reservation software, payment processing, email, and hosting) and as required by law.

Text messages and email

If you give us your phone number, we may text or call you about your request or reservation. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We send email only about your inquiry, your stay, or your property; you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed to function and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics that do not track you across other sites.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing cannan@parkcityrentalssummit.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
