Bookings
Reservations made through this site are processed by Hostaway, our reservation system. The rates, fees, taxes, cancellation policy, house rules, and damage deposit shown at checkout for a specific property and dates are the terms of that reservation. Please review them before booking.
Each property lists its own cancellation policy. Refunds follow that policy. Cleaning fees and taxes are shown before you confirm.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the stay. The number of guests may not exceed the listed maximum. No parties or events. Smoking is not permitted inside any property. Pets are allowed only where a listing says so.
Property management inquiries
A rental evaluation is an estimate based on market data and the information you provide. It is not a guarantee of income. Management services are offered under a separate written agreement.
Site content
Photos, descriptions, and text on this site belong to SRM or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent. We work to keep listings accurate, but amenities and details can change; the Hostaway checkout page controls for any reservation.
Liability
The site is provided as is. SRM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Utah law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Summit County, Utah.
