Summit Park sits atop Parleys Summit at more than 7,000 feet, a wooded neighborhood of cabins and mountain homes just off I-80 between Salt Lake City and Park City. It started as a seasonal retreat and still feels like one.
You get a quiet place in the trees with views, about 15 minutes from Park City and closer to the airport than anywhere in town.

Winter driving
Summit Park gets more snow than the valley and it stays longer. Plan on an all wheel or four wheel drive vehicle with good tires from November through April.
